How Nester’s Hub reached 1 million people with an engaging video and digital campaign for Bathla!

Enhancing the Brand’s Identity

At the centre of our campaign, we collaborated with India’s strongest man and Guinness Book World Record holder, Manoj Chopra.

The collaboration was to create a strategic correlation with Bathla’s value proposition and come up with an umbrella campaign idea that hit the right spot.

Creating a Competitive Advantage

We realised that in a world saturated with consumer goods, we needed to create a competitive advantage for
Bathla’s home improvement products through an innovative campaign featuring Manoj Chopra.

 

We curated a theme that would reinforce the association of Bathla with being a strong and proudly Indian brand with India’s strongest man, Manoj Chopra:

Lights. Camera. Rolling!

Through the art of humour and storytelling we promoted the Bathla ladder as strong, lightweight, and durable through two routes.

 

Route 1 demonstrates its ability to withstand everyday wear and tear, showing a small boy easily lifting it and a grown man, India’s strongest man to be precise, standing on it.

 

Route 2 emphasises the ladder’s versatility and ability to make household tasks easier, using a relatable family narrative around Manoj Chopra.

Going Social

The social media campaign focused on the main film as its central element. The campaign kicked off with creating intrigue for the video, accompanied by brand-centric stills featuring Manoj and the ladder, testimonials and carousels interspersed to support the ladder’s credibility.

 

Engaging memes using humorous stills from the film are also used to boost engagement. Overall, the campaign effectively promoted the Bathla ladder as a strong and reliable product.

Getting The Word Out

The digital push for the campaign was designed to maximize the reach and impact of the marketing message, leveraging the latest digital tools and platforms to increase Bathla’s brand awareness and sales.

 

Through the help of digital advertising of the video, we reached a wider audience, with display ads on relevant websites, Google Ads, and targeted ads on social media platforms.
